§ 00 – Development strategy
Digital strategy consulting: the plan first, then the investment.
The development strategy is your roadmap: where your business stands today, where your potential lies, and which channels actually reach your customers. For new businesses just as much as for existing online presences – built on real numbers instead of assumptions.
§ 01 – The problem
Website, Google Business Profile, social media, newsletter, advertising – every channel costs time and budget. If they don't pay into the same goal, they work next to each other instead of with each other. And no strategy carries further than the knowledge it stands on: understanding market, demand and competition is the single most important prerequisite for every decision that follows. So the development strategy settles beforehand what your goal is, which channels pay into it, in what order they make sense and what each one costs. After that, every expense is a decision – not a bet.
§ 02 – Two starting points
How the strategy is built depends on where you stand today. The result is the same in both cases: a document you can decide with.
For new businesses
New company, new location, new offering.
- Market analysis as the starting point: understand market, demand and competition before deciding – the most important first step for a fresh start
- Positioning: what your business should stand for and what sets it apart
- Audience and demand: what your future customers actually search for
- Channel selection: which channels you genuinely need at launch – and which can wait
- Order and schedule for the first months
- Budget frame: what building it realistically costs, step by step
For existing businesses
Developing an existing website and online presence further.
- Inventory: website, Google Business Profile, visibility, reviews, content
- Quick wins: what can be improved immediately, with little effort
- Structure and content plan: which pages are missing, which belong together
- Visibility in Google search and in AI answers (SEO & GEO)
- For a relaunch: a plan for carrying over existing rankings and addresses so the visibility you have is preserved
Whoever knows their market, the demand and the competition decides with numbers instead of guesses. For a fresh start in particular, a considered launch therefore begins with our market analysis – it provides the ground the development strategy builds on.
§ 03 – Our approach
Numbers before assumptions
The basis is real data: search demand, competition and demand in your industry and region. If the available data isn't enough, we put a market analysis in front of it – instead of estimating.
Goal before channel
First your business goal is settled, then the channels. A channel only enters the strategy if it pays into that goal.
Prioritised, not exhaustive
You don't get a wish list, you get an order: quick wins first, then the measures with the greatest effect, then the long-term build.
Ready to decide on, not to decipher
A document in plain language, with scope, order and prices. You can implement it with us, with your own team or with another agency.
All channels, one goal
Your customers don't search in one place only: Google, AI search, maps, reviews, social media. We plan these channels as one net carrying the same message, so the business goals are met.
§ 04 – Price
All prices are net, plus 19 % VAT.
The exact price depends on your objective, the size of your company and the state of an existing website. Instalments and financing are possible – just ask us.All prices in detail*If you then decide to build with us, the amount is credited 100% against the price of your website. Where several services come together – market analysis, development strategy and website, for instance – we prepare an individual quote. If you decide against working with us, the strategy is still fully yours – to implement with your own team or any other agency.
§ 05 – Scope
- 01Baseline analysisWhere your business stands online today: visibility, content, technology, local presence. For new businesses the market analysis takes this place: market, demand and competition as the foundation for everything that follows.
- 02Goal & positioningA clearly stated business goal and the positioning you reach it with – phrased so it can be measured, not as a declaration of intent.
- 03Audience & demandWho your customers are, what they search for and which questions go unanswered today – in Google search as well as in AI search.
- 04Channel strategyWhich channels you need, what role each one takes on and in what order they are built.
- 05Page & content conceptStructure, page layout and content of your website – the basis for design and build.
- 06SEO & GEOThe foundation for visibility: search terms, page structure, technical requirements and the preparation AI systems need in order to cite you.
- 07Action planEvery step, prioritised by effort and effect: quick wins, high-impact measures, long-term build.
- 08Scope & price planWhat the build costs and how long it takes – fully itemised, before you decide.

Within two business days you receive the analysis of your website by e-mail, no strings attached.
§ 06 – Omnichannel
First contact today often happens before anyone opens your site at all: in an AI answer from ChatGPT or Gemini, in Google search, on the map, in reviews or on social media. Your website is the centre – but it only works if the other channels tell the same story. The development strategy therefore settles where your brand should be visible and in what order that is built.
Not every channel is worth it for every business – the strategy tells you which ones count for you. How we keep building visibility in Google and in AI search afterwards is described under SEO & monthly report.
§ 07 – Questions
Not seeing your question? Get in touch – we answer every enquiry personally.
What does an online presence strategy consultant in Germany deliver?
A document in plain language: starting position, goal, audience, channel strategy, page concept and a prioritised action plan with scope, order and prices. Not a raw data report, but a basis for deciding.
I'm just starting out: is a go-to-market strategy in Germany worth it yet?
Especially then. For a fresh start it is decisive to understand the market, the demand and the competition before money is spent – which is why our market analysis usually comes first. Building on that we settle positioning, audience and channel selection. That way your website grows on a foundation, not on a guess.
I already have a website: do I need a website strategy before a redesign?
Then the strategy starts with an inventory: what already works, what can be improved right away, what needs rebuilding. Often it turns out that a targeted revision is enough. If a relaunch is due, we plan the carry-over of your existing visibility along with it.
Am I obliged to have you do the implementation afterwards?
No. The strategy is yours and is written so that any team can work with it. If you decide to work with us, the amount is credited 100% against the price of your website.
How long does it take to produce?
That depends on industry, scope and how quickly we receive access and information – every project is individual. We agree the exact timeframe together at the start, before the work begins.
Why does a channel strategy for a B2B company include more than the website?
Because your customers don't only arrive via the website. Google profile, reviews, social media and AI search all help decide whether anyone reaches you at all. We recommend what is worth it for you – even where we don't implement it ourselves.
Are there special terms for associations or startups?
Yes. For aid organisations, associations and startups we work at tiered rates – we have done so for years. Mention it in the intro call and it will be in the quote.
